DM Burger
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
1 brioche burger bun
1 slice Vermont aged cheddar
1 5oz Angus beef burger patty
1 ½ tbsp secret sauce
3 leaves iceberg lettuce
15g white onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
1 tbsp melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Evenly season burger patty with salt and pepper, then grill until required doneness (60c for medium).
Place slice of cheese on top and allow burger patty to rest
Cut brioche roll in half and spread melted butter on top and bottom then toast
Then add cooked burger patty
Mix onions and lettuce and secret sauce and place on top of burger patty
SECRET SAUCE
1 ½ cup Hellmans Real Mayo
2 tsp seasoning salt
