Beef Tartare
SERVES 2
INGREDIENTS
80g beef tenderloin trimmed (finely diced by hand)
30g Parmigiano Reggiano (micro plained)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp finely chopped chive
Sea salt & black pepper to taste
METHOD
In a mixing bowl add the beef, olive oil, sea salt and pepper and mix to evenly incorporate
Add rest of ingredients and mix to evenly incorporate
Adjust seasoning if required (salt, lemon, tabasco)
Arrange the Beef Tartare neatly on serving plate
